1:1 training

We offer 1:1 Personal Training for anyone wanting an extra edge to their training schedule.  You can book your PT sessions anywhere around the current class timetable and times are flexible to suit where possible.

Your sessions can be based purely on fitness or strength training in our Personal Training Gym above our Taekwondo training area or you can base your sessions on your Taekwondo or Martial Arts goals whether that being Self Defence training, Taekwondo grading work, Patterns training or any other areas you feel you need work on.
