In these short courses on Women's Self Defence, we look at a number of different situations for confrontation and physical conflict.  We teach you how to try and stay calm under these situations and what to focus on to make sure you have a survival plan in place.  Using self defence techniques and quick easy thinking strategies, we will build you a strong strategy for self protection.

We offer 2 different courses to cover a wide range of skills and concepts.
