Our 100% Self Defence/ Bully Proof classes are aimed at 7 - 11yrs and cover all areas of Self Defence - from physical confrontation to verbal abuse and how to deal with conflict.

It is a great class for all kids to come along to and will help them increase their knowledge on staying safe.  This in turn will increase their confidence levels if ever faced with abusive behaviour.

At the end of each term, the class will transition into a class that will focus on grading work and skills so students can aim towards their belts and move up our Taekwondo rankings system.
