Women Only circuit

Our fun and friendly Women Only Circuit Training class is a great way to enjoy training and fitness.  It runs for 45 mins and there are heaps of different stations to work on that are guaranteed to work every area of your body.

You will be working out to your pace and with short station times it means you can go for it!  Stations will change and will include the following fitness based drills:

  • Agility Ladder Drills

  • Kick Boxing Stations

  • Battle Rope

  • Slam Ball Section

  • Suspension Trainers

​

The class runs so that you can develop your fitness and strength levels and stay healthy and know that egos are left at the door!
