A35 Circuit training

A35 is Al's 35 second per station high intensity training circuit.  Mixing in strength and fitness stations for an all over body workout.  Go at your own pace and with a level you can improve each week.  This circuit will help you improve your fitness, get back into shape or start focusing on building the new you.

We use suspension trainers, slam balls, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, dumbbells and more. 

 

This class runs for 45 mins.
